Welcome to the Ink Well. I enjoyed your story very much. It reminded me of my first day as a teacher. All of a sudden all those kids were looking at me. Nobody else is in the room. I had to figure out how to assert authority. In the story, you did a good job of conveying the feeling of being out one's depth.

We do expect our authors to comment on the stories of other writers in the community. This is good for the community and it is good for you. It helps you to network with others.
