I think that would be great. I think of the market in the U.S. for organic foods. People don't trust the supply chain, they don't trust the manufacturing process, they don't even trust that the origin of food ingredients is transparently revealed. The blockchain would be attractive to these consumers.
Already there are cooperatives that people join so that they can be assured of quality.
