You are a master of mood and scene. There is so much beauty in your story--not just the beauty of the scenery, but the beauty of two strangers sharing a moment. The beauty of love, lost and anticipated. Through the narrator's description of love lost, we gain a glimpse of the elderly gentleman's love imagined.
