Prefer the dark places with God rather than the sun-shiny ones without Him.
Prefer wherever I am, wherever He's put me, wherever He's allowed or whatever I am called, and I have to "be thankful in all circumstances."
Prefer the grace and strength He offers even in the most dire circumstances to a life void of His presence and peace.
