Caffeine

Caffeine is not completely harmful. A cup or two of coffee or tea per day seems reasonably safe for most people. Caffeine in small doses can help people who must drive all night or work at monotonous jobs. Caffeine is also used to treat hyperactive children since for some unexplained reason, it calms them down.

But the danger of caffeine mounts as the dosage increases.
Caffeine causes acid to form in the stomach and promotes heartburn and indigestion. It may lead to diseases like ulcers. Large amounts of caffeine may result in serious diseases like heart diseases and high blood pressure.

This were my little research on the effect of caffeine to the body, did you find it informative?.

Thank you.
