We live in a world where a lot of things are going on, both good and bad. People can just hate you for no particular reason. Even if you are the nicest they still hate you.
The problem is not that people hate you, the only problem is why you are worrying. Stop asking why people hate you. You are asking a wrong question that shows weakness. You should be asking why you care. Antelopes hate lions. But lions don’t care. Chickens hate eagles. But eagles don’t care. Be a lion or an eagle. Start sparing and stop caring.
The only way you can focus on yourself is to stop caring about what people think of you, because caring and overthinking can weigh you down.
You can't please everyone, so stop caring.
