My topic this Easter 🐣celebration week is going to be on two angles. Why first week of maize germination is difficult to control and secondly why it's costly to control. The two angles on maize 🌽 germination is going to be basically from observation from my newly planted maize farm.

Why first week of maize germination if difficult to control

Why I brought the subheading on why first week of maize germination is difficult to control is that my maize is about 8days old from the day it was planted. Ever since the planting of the maize, it has not rained and the effect make the germination of the planted maize difficult. Newly planted maize requires rain to germinate very fast and also maintain its newly nutrients.

Another reason why first week of maize germination is difficult to control is because after I planted maize in maize from my farm, I have to keep visiting the farm through all day. Visiting the newly planted maize all day took me more time, energy, and stress 😬. I sacrifices my time and energy visiting the newly planted maize because it's very important after planting. This gave me a tight observation on the condition of the maize during germination.

Why first week of maize germination is very costly

The above subheading doesn't need much expression because it's not new to maize 🌽 farmers. Why I said it's not new to maize farmers is because they understand that after planting a maize and the first week of it's germination used to cost some of the newly germinated plant death.

During the first week of maize germination, not all the planted maize will germinate and when this happens, the farmer will have to replant new maize to cover the space. Replanting the new maize will cost the farmer buying new maize from the market.

Today observation from my maize farm, squirrel 🐿️ ate some of the maize 🌽. After the observation concerning the space where the maize was eating up by squirrel, I have to buy another maize which cost me the transportation and the buying of a new maize to replant.

Conclusion

I was happy that after the time, energy, and money spent to replant a new maize to the affected areas, I was able to cover whole areas.
