In this video, I discuss the upcoming changes to Extra cards in the game. For those unfamiliar, a new category of cards labeled Extra was added in the current set of Conclave Arcana that allowed the team to release a bunch of new cards which didn't fit neatly into any of the other areas (Core, Rewards, Promo, etc). The thing is, these cards are very scarce in their print rate and so the decision has been made to allow lower level versions of these cards to be playable in Modern Brackets.
