One of the treasure I see in this life is the pain one go through, the pain one went through and overcome. Many people may find gold and throw it away because it is black and look worthless, simply because they don't recognise it. That's the situation you are in or can be going through today.
Actually pain will find human or human look for pain. As life is not a perfect place, we are always bound to encounter pain in one way or the other. However few see the treasure in it. Before Abraham could become the father of all nations and become the source of blessings to the world, before he could be called the father of faith he went through pain. He had to leave home, he was childless, he was tested, before his pain was refined.
If we do not know the essence of pain in this life we cannot joy in it.
Many people went through pain and became treasures to the world today, however many encountered it and it led to their fall and graves.
"in this life you shall see tribulation.......but be of good cheer I have conquered the world ".
The inability to understand .
The inability to see beyond today.
-Lack of faith and trust in God.
Understand that, in this life the perfection that awaits you is perfected through your pains. Without pain there won't be experience of your own. Without pain you might not become useful to your world ,without pain you might not discover who you are.
if you haven't gone bankrupt, you might not have any feeling for a person who had no kobo on him. Because you didn't possibly know how it feels.
if you haven't experienced pain, you won't be able make things known to a person who has decided to die because of his pains. How would you?
At times through pain the real you is forced to come out. Pain is a treasure, however when you rejoice in it. When you overcome it.
The ability to see beyond today.
How will you see beyond today?
when you know that, today's condition is the stepping stone for you to get to your success.
when others see your situation and you see another thing entirely.
they will wonder why you have no money and yet smile and play football for fun, laugh and joke.
they will see you as abnormal when you have no parents to help you further your education and still, happy.
this abnormality they see in you, is the treasure you see in tomorrow and because you have seen beyond today.
If job had seen his present situation back then, he would have cursed God. When his friends, families and wife saw him as abnormal, he saw himself as normal because, he saw beyond that day. He was sure that, that day will not define the next day. No matter the situation you are in today, see beyond today.
Lack of faith and trust in God.
The greatest is putting your trust in the creator of heaven and earth. Your firm faith that doesn't shake. Job trusted God, Abraham trusted God, Sarah trusted God, Elizabeth believed in God.
Your trust in God should never fail.
He says "I created the heaven and earth is anything hard for me to do? "
Do you know why you should trust God?
He can create something out of nothing.
"through faith we understand that worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear "
This verse tries to tell us that, the world was created out of nothing.
So, that nothingness of yours is not hard for God to turn into something. He has greater things in stock for you so you must trust God first .
Gullibility and fragility of the heart.
you will give up easily.
you may decide to die.
you may assert that you can never be successful again life.
you may be easily lured into deadly routes.
you may be blind to destruction.
in this category, there are different types of people in different cases.
those that feel suicidal, one, they lack understanding, they don't see beyond today, they do not trust in God And it leads to gullibility of their hearts.
those that got involved in evil ways to get wealthy. they accept death even when they know it's death.
the negative in mind . These people have given up on life. So their thoughts become blind to positive things.
But if you are in any of these situations, as far as you are alive , there's a chance for you to repent, a chance for you to come to realization. To leave those deadly ways and come back to your creator.
As this life have been invaded by sin and satan ,life is not perfect, so overcoming your pains is the treasure I see.
