Poesía junto al mar
El río va adentrándose poco a poco en el mar, acompañado por un pequeño bote.
The river gradually enters the sea, accompanied by a small boat.
El mar se estira como un gato somnoliento, abre su boca llena de algas, de olas, de peces y de sal. Del otro lado el pueblo, en silencio, lo mira despertar.
The sea stretches out like a sleepy cat, it opens its mouth full of algae, waves, fish and salt. On the other side, the little town, in silence, watches him wake up.
Los pájaros comienzan su faena, como si nunca se hubiesen despegado de las aguas del río y del mar. Como si el agua fuera parte de sus alas.
The birds begin their task, as if they had never left the waters of the river and the sea. As if the water were part of his wings.
