辣椒酱炒基围虾，好吃入味
基围虾跟港虾比较起来个头小，肉质紧实，价格还要贵一些。如果基围虾是活的话，直接用水煮着吃或者蒸着吃，也不用放盐，都很有味，还好吃。 今天的基围虾是过年的时候冷冻在冰箱里的，肯定不如活的基围虾新鲜好吃。所以，我就改为青椒炒基围虾了。 青椒炒基围虾，首先把基围虾处理干净，剥壳，去掉虾线。去虾线也就是对虾肠进行处理，我一直是用修眉毛的小剪刀，非常好处理，从头到尾的方向，剪开，就清理干净了。
