The first thing when you see this picture you think is 'that are carrots', and?
But these carrots were in this bag for three weeks after harvest. I put them in this bag and forgot about it. So three weeks later I noticed the bag and remembered that I had put the carrots in the bag. Normally they would decay and being rotten and smelly.
But that wasn't the case at all.
Instead of decaying they were growing in the bag.
