hello my friends i'm sharing this mandala today to join this contest organized by @isaria :)

, i draw it by neon colors, and also a blue marker ,
first i drawn a circle and with ruler and i divide it with ruler , then i added the details and flowers ,

and also im sharing steps of this work :)
