As for me, Hive is a journal. I don't even interact with most of it's features anymore. Back in the day I used to try out every single thing on the platform. I used to keep up with all the dapps, sign up for all the contests and incentives etc. Nowadays, I just use it in the same way as I use a notebook and share my day, life, experiences, etc. I appreciate people that drop by to say hello now and again, and then just move on elsewhere on the app.

I also sometimes look around to see how others OGs are doing and am pleased to find they are still creating content. Sometimes I'd read up on some of their past posts to catch up on what they've been up to.

The thing with Hive is, we the content creators are also the consumers of each others' content. There's a limit to how much content we can consume though, so people tend to stop keeping up with each other after a while. It's not like YouTube where there is one creator for every million consumer.
