We had a hangout in my organization, and we came up with the idea of awarding some employees and appreciating them for their effort so far in moving the organization forward. We came up with about 10 categories of awards, and everyone who got this award was so excited, which boosted their morale to keep putting their best effort into all they do, and they felt recognized.
As the individual or organization wears or receives their medals, they become ambassadors of inspiration, inspiring others to strive for greatness.
Conclusively, a medal is not just a piece of metal; it is barriers overcome, goals achieved, and a legacy of a remarkable journey.
