Christmas time, a reunion with my memory
nostalgic memories invading my mind,
the old grandmother cooking in her rocking chair,
happily tasting to the sound of birds.
An old tree was the place for my adventures,
climbing up through its branches to the top,
until I hear my father's call scolding.
It was my favorite place, also my brothers.
Nothing I've forgotten,
even my dog is in my mind,
a faithful friend who always accompanied me through the courtyard.
What beautiful homesickness, brings with it Christmas
This is a short exercise to practice literature and to drain a little the feeling and thought that you carry and/or have in the moment, it is like writing a personal diary but in public view.
