Adéníyì is a name of Yoruba origin, meaning "the crown or royalty has value".The Yoruba constitute more than 52 million people in Africa and are over a million outside the continent. The vast majority of the Yoruba population is today within the country of Nigeria, where they make up 21% of the country's population according to CIA estimations. I’m from Oyo State and I’m the second child out of three children. I was born on the 23rd of November.
I started my primary school in Ghana in Kumasi to be precise, Noble Prince International School. in 1999. I later joined Hilltop International School at Ahodwo in Kumasi in 2000 to continue my junior secondary school education. I later gained admission into T. I Ahmadiyya secondary school near Kumasi Sports Stadium, after secondary education, I left for Nigeria to continue my University education. I am a graduate of the University of Ilorin, Kwara state, Nigeria. I graduated in 2016, from the Department of Health Promotion and Environmental Health. During my undergraduate, I worked in a small nursery and primary school where I taught the pupils. I also traveled to Lagos to work as a teacher in a big secondary school where I taught the students biology, basic science, and physical education. However, since 2021, I have been employed by the Oyo State Government to teach physical and health education in the senior secondary school.
Hobbies
I love reading and also participating in volunteer activities especially teaching underprivileged children. I have been associated with a few non-profit organizations since my secondary school days and I like spending my weekends helping these NGOs with different activities from teaching to organizing interesting games and activities to make learning fun for kids.” We also give health information to villages where humans share the same streams with castles.
What I plan on writing here
I would like to talk about humanity, health, love, nature, broken homes, etc. I have a passion for writing and motivational stories.
