Erasing the wrong social media platforms

It felt like it was all green over there and I was tempted to go over there to see things for myself.

Two years back I was so desperate to have more sources of income to add to what I make every week from #hive Blockchain. It wasn't enough truly and I pray every day to make more money because as my family is increasing, expenditure too is on the high side.

I remember trying to persuade someone who I thought was making it else where to show me the way so that I can join her in making more money. She just laughed and went away telling me that I won't understand. Understand? Why should I understand when she blatantly refused to teach me how to make more money online.

While all these was happening I came across an advertisement in my Facebook, as the advert was ending there was this phone number placed for anyone interested in making more money online with just your leisure time. I quickly copied the number and send a text notifying them that I am interested. There was space for me to add my email and other details. I did, then when I continued I also saw a space where I must pay a certain amount of money to begin, I thought of it for a while and decided to pay the said amount. After everything that I did all because I wanted more sources of income I never made anything from that platform. I left after some times because I later discovered that it was all a scam. I don't really want to mention any name here for safety reasons. I learnt my lessons in a hard way because I also encouraged few of my friends to join and pay their own money too. At the end of it all I blamed myself for falling a victim and also dragging others into it.

I didn't stop there I continued to ask people of how to make money online because I hear people talk about it always that you can make so much income online if you know your way around. I was also introduced to another one called - liveme. All thanks to God because for this one you don't need to sign up with money. I signed up and decided to give it a trial. I lasted there for just three days and ran away. Hahaha 😂 is so funny to me right.

WHAT I NOTICED THERE
While still trying to see if liveme was going to favour me, I noticed Three annoying things there -

1. Racism: We have lots of racist in there and they don't even hide it. For you to feel bad about it doesn't matter to them. They say it very loud There that if you are from the black race, you won't love to stay there.
2. Evil: I decided to put it that way because I can't find a better name for what I saw there. I just noticed people who are okay with a bad lifestyle, appearing naked to make their post and always talking about negative things which they see as normal.
3. Time consumption: This is one place that I see people stay live for almost twenty four hours. I couldn't just stand it or participate. I have my life to live for God's sake. My family needs me to, then why should I sacrifice my whole life for one online stuff just because I want to make more money.
   Just for these three things I noticed there if given the opportunity I will shut it down. I remember one white guy telling me that I am a black lady so for that I should not even follow him. Before I could even say anything to him he blocked me and went his way. I was so surprised. I know that I was informed about that when I started, but I never knew that it was that deep. I will definitely close that platform if I had the opportunity.
