What Is Negligence ?
Negligence is the failure to use the proper lawfully mandated care that is required to be used under particular conditions.
When people act casually or recklessly, it is considered negligence.
Most of the accidents out there are caused by Negligence, Only the victim's family will be able to analyse the grief of losing a loved one in an accident.
I will discuss some accidents which are caused by Negligence.
1. Train Accident Resulting From Negligence
A few months ago a dump truck and an Amtrak train were engaged in an accident that happened in a rural section of Mendon Missouri. A total of 150 people were hurt, many of whom required hospitalization, and 4 people, including the driver of the dump truck and three railway passengers, died in the incident. Although the railway was travelling at 90 mph, the collision is being blamed On the dump truck driver's negligence.
Negligence Led To A Train Accident
. A train worker, a pedestrian,
or a vehicle driver making a mistake.
. Faulty tracks.
. Unprotected railroad overpasses.
. Inadequate or neglected railroad
crossings.
. Faulty or insufficiently maintained
railroad tracks.
. The engineer driving too quickly.
. Derailments.
. Dangerous working situations.
2. Fire Accident Resulting From Negligence
Wrong electrical wiring.
Storing Flammable liquids at home.
Candles.
Holiday decorations.
Faulty or overused Electrical. systems, and gadgets.
Smoking.
Chemicals and gases.
Children playing with fire.
Light bulb burning out too often.
Cooking fires.
3. Car Accident Resulting From Negligence
Reckless driving.
Driving while distracted.
Drunk driving.
Disregarding a red light.
Speeding.
Wrong-way lane changes.
Ignoring directional signs and
signals.
Failing to keep a car and tyres in
good condition for safe road travel.
We should take precautions and accept responsibility for our actions. Thousands of people will be prevented from terrible accidents if we are cautious and responsible.
