Oh in my eyes it was never 'normal'. They have set everything u to discourage entrepeneurs and small business. I gave up in the end and ran away to live on a boat. Thought I could get away from 'The duke of Nottingham' there, on a river but no they have a nice little fleecing racket there too so I fled the country. No-one bothers me much here.........
Can't you just use normal post?
