Hace ya un año o más se dañó la reja del estacionamiento de la Urbanización, esto venia ocurriendo últimamente con mucha regularidad, ya que se le estaban colocando piezas no acordes con el peso y tamaño de reja, además de que debido varios golpes recibidos con vehículos tanto de propietarios como de personas ajenas que deciden dar la vuelta a sus vehículos en el lugar la reja esta torcida, esta ultima oportunidad, se dificulto llegar a un acuerdo para su arreglo, ya que como suele ocurrir en urbanizaciones, edificios y residencias, algunas personas responden ante las necesidades, buscando soluciones y hay otras que son apáticas y poco colaboradoras y ni hablar de los que no respetan los derechos ajenos, hoy quiero hablar un poco de la Convivencia.

La urbanización donde vio desde que me salí del hospital en el que nací, es un lugar muy bonito, lleno de árboles, hay un parque infantil y una cancha, algunas personas han vivido aquí desde que compraron sus apartamentos y otros se han mudado de manera más reciente, como mencione arriba están los colaboradores que ayudan ante cualquier llamado y dan su apoyo ya sea monetario y/o con mano de obra, pero están los que nunca pueden o quieren o dicen que otros son los que deberían asumir por tener más vehículos, por ejemplo.
Para vivir bien, en armonía y paz, ya sea con tu familia o vecinos hace falta poner en practica la convivencia, pero ¿Qué es la convivencia?
La convivencia es considerada como la coexistencia física y sosegada entre un grupo de personas al que les corresponde compartir un determinado espacio. Se trata entonces de la serenidad y la armonía que se busca en una relación de personas que por algún motivo deben pasar unidos un cierto período de tiempo. Por otro lado, se estima que esta práctica está basada principalmente en la tolerancia, factor sumamente importante a la hora de compartir la vida diaria o rutinaria con alguien más.

Ahora bien, hace unas semanas, al fin la comunidad decido reunirse para buscar una solución y reparar el portón del estacionamiento y las puestas peatonales, la mayoría estuvimos de acuerdo, ya que arreglar el portón de acceso al estacionamiento implica una mayor seguridad para todos los que vivimos en la Urbanización, así que se convocó a reuniones se trajeron presupuestos y se acordó recolectar el monto de 10 dólares por apartamento para cubrir el presupuesto, allí fue que empezaron los desacuerdos.
Es cierto que no todos los venezolanos ganan sueldos en dólares, sobre todo si son personas de la tercera edad, que viven solas y cuyo único ingreso es una pensión, por otro lado, si bien es cierto que hay apartamentos en los cuales hay más de un vehículo, también es cierto que no hay puestos fijos en el estacionamiento, así surgieron peleas, reclamos, ideas lógicas y otras descabelladas, y por su puesto los que más han reclamado son no han pagado ni pagaran su cuota, pero exigen, entran, salen y quieren disfrutar de todos los derechos, pero se olvidan de que también hay deberes y normas de convivencia. Hubo una discusión muy acalorada por el grupo de WhastApp en torno a este tema, la razón principal, las personas que no asistieron a la reunión estaban exigiendo sin conocer todo el trasfondo y, sus dudas o quejas se hubieran escuchado y resuelto ese día de haber asistido a la reunión.

There was a very heated discussion by the WhastApp group around this topic, the main reason, the people who did not attend the meeting were demanding without knowing all the background and, their doubts or complaints would have been heard and resolved that day had they attended the meeting.

Debido a toda esta experiencia, que por cierto, no es la primera vez que sucede decidí escribir un poco acerca de la convivencia ya que los seres humanos somos seres sociales, pero extrañamente la convivencia no es fácil, ni con vecinos ni familia, para mí la razón es que los seres humanos en muchos casos solemos ser egoístas y pensar solo en nosotros, o que el vecino u otro que no sea yo, debería hacer esto o aquello y por poner un ejemplo simplemente no importa si con mi música estoy molestando a vecinos.
