To make my walks a little more interesting and also increase my fitness, I've been starting to incorporate some changes for a few days now: walking very fast, walking backwards, and walking on tiptoes. Alternating every 100 m.
This way I train my body balance and also my calves (tiptoe walking), which should benefit my running a lot!
Damit meine Spaziergänge ein wenig interessanter werden und auch meine Fitness steigern, beginne ich seit ein paar Tagen einige Änderungen einzubauen: sehr schnelle Gehschritte, Rückwärtsgehen und auf Zehenspitzen gehen. Abwechselnd alle 100 m.
Auf diese Weise trainiere ich meine Körperbalance und auch meine Waden (Zehenspitzen Gehen), was meinem Laufen sehr zugute kommen sollte!
