Heute war auch nicht der sportlichste Tag meiner bisherigen actifit Laufbahn. Ich sollte mal darüber nachdenken einen Tracker an meine Finger zu basteln. Zur Zeit hab ich derart viel für die Ausbildung zu leisten, es ist einfach unfassbar. Aber ich habe gerade meine Projektarbeit ausgearbeitet und kann diese nun morgen bedenkenlos abgeben und vorstellen.
Dennoch hab ich ein paar Schritte natürlich geschafft. Ich bin immerhin heute keinen Aufzug gefahren, sondern habe die Treppe in den 4 Stock genommen. Auch eine Art von Sport in diesem Gebäude, was von der Höhe her auch 10 Stockwerke hoch sein könnte.

Today was also not the most sportive day of my actifit career so far. I should think about tinkering with a tracker on my fingers. At the moment I have so much to do for the training, it is simply unbelievable. But I have just worked out my project work and can now submit and present it tomorrow without hesitation.
Nevertheless, I have managed a few steps of course. After all, I didn't ride an elevator today, but took the stairs to the 4th floor. Also a kind of sport in this building, which could be 10 floors high from the height.
