Morgens sind wir erstmal schwimmen gewesen. Da hatte ich allerdings meine Uhr nicht an – ich habe leider mein Metallband mitgenommen und die Uhr löst sich dabei immer wieder. 😕
Was ich heute festgestellt habe: Lange Bahnen schwimmen sind für mich eine echte Herausforderung. Meine Freundin ist eine richtig gute Schwimmerin – und ich bin beim Rausschwimmen bis zur Boje gefühlt schon an meine Grenzen gekommen.
Ich sollte wirklich mal im Schwimmbad meines Vertrauens ein paar Runden üben.
Danach haben wir die Koffer gepackt, weil’s morgen nach Thessaloniki geht. Zur Verabschiedung waren wir dann nochmal richtig schön traditionell griechisch essen.

This morning we went for a swim – but I didn’t wear my watch. I took the metal band version with me, and unfortunately it keeps coming loose in the water. 😕
One thing I really noticed today: swimming long distances is a serious challenge for me. My girlfriend is a great swimmer, and I felt like I was hitting my limits just swimming out to the buoy.
Maybe I should start practicing in my trusted local pool.
After that, we packed our suitcases – tomorrow we’re heading to Thessaloniki. As a little farewell, we went out for a proper traditional Greek dinner.
