Guten Abend :)
Ein Home-Office-Tag ist normalerweise nicht von sehr viel Bewegung geprägt, zumindest wenn ich viele Online-Meetings habe. Ich habe mir fürs Home-Office damals extra das Walking Pad gekauft. Jetzt bin ich nur im Home-Office, wenn mein Tag nur aus Online-Meetings besteht, da würde es etwas komisch aussehen, wenn ich da rumlaufe. xD
Trotzdem war ich heute Tennis spielen. Wir hatten zwei Stunden abgepasst, in denen es nicht geregnet hat. :) Daher stammen die meisten meiner Schritte heute davon.

A home office day usually doesn't involve a lot of movement, especially when I have many online meetings. I bought a walking pad specifically for the home office back then. Now, I'm only in the home office when my day consists solely of online meetings, as it would look a bit odd if I were walking around. xD
Nevertheless, I played tennis today. We managed to find two hours when it wasn't raining. :) That's where most of my steps came from today.
Wie sieht es mit den Kalorien aus?
Chili con Carne, 3 Äpfel, Hähnchen mit Reis und zwei Fake-Kinderriegel sind so ungefähr 2500 Kalorien. Wusstest du das? Jetzt weißt du es. :P Kommt natürlich auch immer auf die Grammzahlen an. :P

Chili con carne, 3 apples, chicken with rice, and two fake Kinder bars add up to roughly 2500 calories. Did you know that? Now you do. :P Of course, it always depends on the gram amounts. :P
