This one might be fun to try a few times but unless you happen to take a liking to the style the game has (and there's nothing better in the arcades to stick to) then I don't see it being a frequent game to put quarters in aside for the sake of jokes.

I still remember that the ONLY fighting game they put on the local arcade that used to be at the mall was Super Street Fighter IV...but unfortunately by the time they had brought that there, as a teenager without any income source I couldn't ever get to give that game a proper swipe in the arcades and the last things I actually played there were Mario Kart Arcade GP2 and Nirin because someone had left swiped in some credits. And yes, I did play SSFIV quite a lot at home thanks to the 3DS version I had bought...but it had me illusioned to finally play on a real arcade stick and setting but that never came to pass.

I can only imagine how sweet and yet different to today it must have been to live with arcades and fighting games being the exclusive premier there while you could square up with anyone that showed up to those as well.

Thank you so much for your comment; I'm glad that you shared your own little story with your time with arcades (would be interesting to see you give a bigger insight on that; I always find cool to see people describe their experience with an era I never lived and couldn't have lived by the time I was born in 2002), I might see if I can gather some of my own small stories about when the local arcade here at my city wasn't gone yet and write about it...
