This is how we practice "hand to hand". "Hand to hand" is when someone does a handstand on your hands!
This one of my favorite moves to base, but I also love spotting it!
It is so awesome to see people that are just starting off with this skill. It can be a scary one to do, but if you have someone that is spotting it well, it can be very fun to practice! ;)
