At first there was: Gills... I'll show you mine, if you show me yours...,
...then came More gills... more shrooms... and a kitty cat to boot!
(Noooo, I did not boot any kitty cat! How could youuu...?!!!) 😾
And noooo... I'm not going mad, even if it looks (and feels) like it...
Today, we have Shroooommm Day!
What does that tell us.... shroom fans...? (that's you,

kitties got to wait their turn which is tomorrow, Caturday... 😏
Since it's my monochrome turn today, (I missed yesterday)...
We have shrooms in black and white, and sepia today
Which I feel is rather apt for fungi, being reminders of decay and rot - which shrooms thrive on of course...
And I feel those mediums show them off better anyway,
especially their gills!
Here's a stack in toned down sepia growing quite creatively
in a stairs or staircase formation
I was quite pleased that they were in part shade,
with a shaft of sunlight lighting up part of them!
Gills, people, gills...
Look at them gills!!
A closer look at them.... slightly tilted the angle
If I had to name this, I would like to call it
"Glorified Shrooms"!
This could maybe be,
"Shrooms Assuming the Sardines' Position"
being so tightly squished together and all....
or "Rush of the Shrooms"
"Shrooms in a Traffic Jam"....
you get the idea!
How's about:
"Heyyy, No Pushing... Everyone Will Get Their Turn...!"

These were all growing out of a tree stump, near the ground
in the hot morning sun... getting gradually hotter!
No wonder I don't see many shrooms here despite the humid conditions...
Ohhhh.... anddd...
Seee... they are a tightly knit family!
