I was given a hint from my friends from Uganda, that I should redeem my sportstoken.
So I went to the page https://www.sportstalksocial.com and logged in with my STEEM-Account.
I looked at my wallet and found more than 16000 SPORTS token (due to my activities on actifit and using the tag #sportstalk).
I redeemed them and than I staked them:
Then I checked with https://steem-engine.com how much a SPORTS token is worth. I came to a value of 1,28 US-Dollar each 1000 SPORTS-Token.
Then I gave an upvote to one of my friends and realized, that it is worth 1169 SPORTS for the recipient.
That is 1,49 US-Dollar!!!
