That place again...
I have already had a few posts dedicated to the city of "Baile Herculane"(Hercules Thermes in free translation) because I go there quite often during winter for the exact purpose of the town's name, "the thermes(spa)". These public thermal pools are a blessing during the winter, as there's no spa in the vicinity and it's so relaxing to "dive in" during the cold season, but I don't always get there just for the baths.
Once in a while, I go there and refill my still-water deposits directly from the source. For years I have quit buying drinking water from supermarkets. I saved the recipients over time and I simply drive there once every two months or so and fill them with still water.
The water is clinically tested, and it's safe as hell :) and I've been drinking it for years now.
While in town I stopped for a while and had a few shots here and there around the city center. The place has some really magnificent buildings that are very very old, but unfortunately, look like falling apart. "The regime" doesn't give a shit about our national treasury, thus leaving these to get into the condition you can see from these photos.
The road that leads to them was blocked, otherwise, I would have gotten closer and taken more photos of them. I like such photography subjects ;).
Baile Herculane is a tourist town, though, due to these public spas I mentioned about and although the center of the city could have had a way more appealing image, unfortunately, it doesn't. I got a bit creative with the camera yesterday and I hope you like the pics. Now it's time to get out and move for a bit cuz I've been sitting for hours already.
I wish you all a great Sunday and see you next time.
Thanks for your attention,
Adrian
