It's been a few months since I haven't woke up before sunrise, and although sleeping till 9:00 AM isn't unpleasant at all, at least this week, I have to get up at 7:00 AM. That late, one could say. Yes, for you maybe it's late, but for me it's kind of a slightly different waking schedule that I had.
I've changed it for a reason and that reason is my back's health, which is a priority now. I started getting to therapy as of Monday, this week, and will probably do that for a week, or two. I'm getting some physiotherapy and some kinetic therapy and hopefully it will readjust my spine and take the pain away...for good. I am even getting some muscular fever today for all the exercises that I am doing, but nothing to wine about.
If it's for a good purpose then let it be... I am surrounded there mostly by elderly people though, I guess the youngest one of them is about 45-50, and makes me feel a bit weird, and also thinking if I got old premature... The therapist though is a nice lady and seems to know very well what she's doing, and hopefully by the end of these procedures I will be a new man.
She seems to notice every little detail of any of my standing postures, that are not the right ones, and I haven't ever paid attention to, but I guess that this is what she's paid for. I realized at the same time, that spending that much time online and nothing having physical activity, even for a few months, can have some side effects, and when thinking of years spent on a chair, or staring at a smartphone I get angry at myself even more.
Morning time is nice though, and although it rained yesterday, today we have plenty of sun and that is to be noticed from the shots I took in the morning while getting to the hospital. Yes, I was a bit sleepy, but with such a view you kind of let sleepiness aside.
One more thing before I leave the smartphone aside, acknowledging that its excessive use won't help me at all, is that I realized how long the days are this week :)) It's been such a long time since I haven't been an employee needing to get up in the morning every day and do stuff the whole day. Back then I was crying over the lack of free time, and now I feel that weird to wake up at 7 in the morning.
Time changes, and before you know it, I will probably get to a day job again. That unless crypto moons this year really hard. Probably it's better this way, who knows. I trust the universe does his job good in aligning the planets for me, and simply will let things flow. Have a great day and...
Thanks for attention,
Adrian
