Hi friend steemit this time I will discuss about coconut water, in our village young coconut very easy to found almost every household there is young coconut.
*In our village there is a bit of young coconut groves and lots of colors that make use of young coconuts as a daily necessity by selling them, coconut water is very good for dehydration after exercise will be very helpful to replace lost body fluids after exercise.
Coconut water is also very good for pregnant women because it can overcome the nausea, vomiting in the morning but for young pregnant women should not consume young coconut water, if the more the mother's womb then will cause miscarriage. May be useful.....
