I captured this participants for panagbenga festival while I was passing by outlook drive road.
I haven't watched the parade live since when I was a kid. And to my surprise, here I was stuck and can't get pass through the road because of the parade.
And so this is my first time watching it live hehe.
Its an amazing experience because I'm so close to the parade. Literally.
