Went to Shi Li Fang at Orchard Central for dinner recently. Frequent dinners can look getting some of these rewards. I'm not one of them.

The meal for two cost more than $50. That included the $1 per person for the drinks, sauce and ice cream but the ice cream machine didn't have any ice cream ready. ☹️ So, that was disappointing.
