Today, a happy moment has come again in my Splinterlands gaming journey. I have been working on Guild Battles and Guild rewards for a long time. Especially when opening a Guild Pack, I always feel a different kind of excitement. Because every time before opening a pack, I think that maybe this time I will get a card that will be important for me in many future battles.
Today, I got the opportunity to open some Guild Packs just like that. I opened a few packs and got several cards at once. Among them, there are Rare cards, as well as Gold cards. The best thing is that I am already familiar with some cards and I have a fairly good idea of their use. After getting some cards, I feel like I will have to experiment with them more in the future.
The moment of opening a Guild Pack
The first thing I like about opening a Guild Pack is that you don't know in advance what will come out of the pack. A curiosity arises when one card comes out. I always try to pay close attention to any card I get and how useful it can be in my collection.
This time too, after opening a few packs, I got several cards at once. Just looking at the pictures, it is clear that the reward was not bad at all. Especially getting the two Gold Foil cards is a great pleasure for me. Because getting a Gold card along with a normal card is always a little more fun.
Cutter Brieze
At first, I got the Cutter Brieze card. It is a Rare card and such cards can be quite useful in low Mana battles. Small Mana cards have a different importance to me. Because high Mana battles are not always available. Sometimes there are rulesets where you have to build an entire team with little Mana.
At that time, a good low Mana card can become very important. So after getting Cutter Brieze, I liked it. If I get a chance in the future, I want to try using this card in different types of low Mana teams.
Whistling Damon
Then I got Whistling Damon. I also really liked the artwork of this card. Looking at the card's Mana cost and stats, it can play a good role in certain situations.
One thing I always notice in Splinterlands—it's not right to judge a card just by its name or rarity. A lot depends on which ruleset I'm using the card in, what kind of team the opponent can build in front of me, and what my own lineup is like. So I want to test Whistling Damon in some battles in the future.
Katrelba Gobson — Gold Foil
One of the things I'm most excited about from this Guild Pack is getting a Gold Foil copy of Katrelba Gobson. Seeing a Gold card makes me feel special. And Katrelba Gobson is a card that I think is quite important for the future.
Although the card's Mana is a bit high, its offensive power and various abilities can create a lot of pressure for the opponent in the right situation. Especially when the entire lineup is well-organized, this type of card can change the outcome of the match.
The card is a nice addition to my collection because it is Gold Foil. I want to gradually collect such important cards and increase the level as the opportunity arises.
Alva the Crusher
I got another card, Alva the Crusher. As the name suggests, the design of the card seems quite strong. It is a card with good Mana and its combination of attack and defense attracted me.
For me, the most important thing is to use a card in battle to understand its true value. So I want to use Alva the Crusher whenever I get a chance, not just keep it in my collection. I am especially interested in seeing how this card performs in battles where there is a possibility of a strong melee attacker in front.
Bertrol Gobson — Gold Foil
I got another Gold Foil card, and that is Bertrol Gobson. It is really a pleasure for me to get two Gold cards in the same Pack Opening.
Bertrol Gobson's low Mana cost particularly attracted me. If a low Mana card brings good damage and the necessary ability, it can be used in many types of battles. I think this card could be a good option in low Mana matches in the future.
The card's value has increased to me because it's Gold Foil. So it's a nice addition to my Guild Collection.
Witch of Warwick
Then I got the Witch of Warwick card. I found the design of this card quite different and interesting.
So I want to test different combinations with Witch of Warwick.
Captain Katie
Captain Katie is another Rare card that I got from this Pack Opening. It's always nice to get a Rare card, especially when the card can be used in a specific ruleset in the future.
I think this card can also slowly find a place in my Guild Battle strategy. Of course, it needs regular use and testing.
Krash Wanderford and Liza Fox
I also got the Krash Wanderford and Liza Fox cards. Every new card is important to me, because over time, new situations arise in the game. A card that I am not using much today may become very important in a particular ruleset or strategy in the future.
That is why I try to keep the newly acquired cards as part of my collection, not just as a number.
The importance of this Pack Opening for me
Overall, today's Guild Pack Opening was quite enjoyable for me. In addition to getting so many cards at once, I really liked getting two Gold Foil cards. The Gold copies of Katrelba Gobson and Bertrol Gobson especially caught my eye.
Which cards work well in which ruleset, which cards create good synergy when used with which cards, and when to take an offensive or defensive strategy—these are also important.
As my Guild Battle experience grows, I am more interested in experimenting with new cards. This Guild Pack Opening has further increased my interest.
Finally, I would like to say that I am quite satisfied with today's Pack Opening. Maybe not all the cards are legendary, but for me, each new card is a possibility for the future. Especially the two Gold Foil cards added to my collection have made me even more happy.
I hope to be able to collect more Guild Packs in the future and open them to get better and more valuable cards. At the same time, I will try to use the cards I get in Guild Battles and other battles by gradually leveling them up.
