When we sit down to make change happen, when we seek to reinvent ourselves, these are the most important tips

1. Furiously Framing and Reframing
   Framing and reframing is the most efficient kind of problem solving. When we are framing and reframing and reframing yet again...until the wisdom of this little crowd becomes apparent.

2. Tagging
   Good ideas could only come to maturity only if they are well tagged. Vibrant pictures and phrases make changes to effect

3. Scaling Up, Scaling Down
   Know how to deal with problems. That is grasp the biggest possible problem sets in one time in the broadest possible ways. Then after, narrow it down to a very particular problem.

4. New Language like "Chunking"
   When problem sets are really messing and heard to read, "chunking" is useful. It's a way of saying let's call this [thing] a something. Because we are chunking we are not obliged to say or to know what it means. We are just saying "there's something here we need to look at."
