From Ali bin Abi Talib r.a., that Fatimah once complained about her scuffed hands because often turn the mill. At that time, the new Prophet had a slave. Fatimah went to the house of the Prophet ﷺ (hoping to be given a slave as a maid), but he was not there and only to see Aisha. Fatima delivered her complaint to Aisha. After the Prophet ﷺ came, Aisha informed of the coming of Fatimah to the Prophet ﷺ. In the evening, the Prophet ﷺ came to us (Ali and Fatimah). While we were already in bed. We stood up, but the Prophet ﷺ fought: "Stay on the spot." He sat between us, until I could feel the coldness of his feet up to my chest. He said: "I will teach you, something better than what you ask, if you are going to bed, read Takxir 34x, 330 and 33x 33. It's better for you than a maid." Since hearing the advice of Rasulullah ﷺ before, Ali never neglected to leave the wird. He always read it, even on the eve of the war of Shiffin. (Narrated by Bukhari). The meaning of dhikr before bed is better than helper:

Al Hafizh Badruddien Al 'Aini explains some possible meanings of why the above wirid is better than the maid (Umdatul Qori, 22/288): The wird is better than the maid because wirid is related to the hereafter, whereas the helper relates to the world. And the Hereafter is more eternal and more afdhal of the world. This dhikr can be the cause of people gain strength, so it can be able to do a lot of work, beyond the power of a helper.Al Hafiz Ibn Hajar explains, this hadith does not mean that fatigue must be lost when someone regularly read it . (Fathul Bari, 11/125). According to ibn Taimiyah, whoever diligently reads wirid earlier in the night, undoubtedly will not be exhausted.
