Why self-portraits?

Although all photos of oneself is a self-portrait, I'd like to level up mine apart from my selfies. My self-portraits are deeply personal to me, and is something I look back to from time to time. It holds so much memories. And with that in mind, I do delete them permanently if they hold too much sad memories because I am the kind fo person who needs to discard things if they hurt me.

Self-love is not selfish.
