Travel: Jumeirah Public Beach, Dubai

Although there are many public beaches in Dubai, Jumeirah Public Beach is still the most sought after spot by tourists. It is a white sand beach located at Jumeirah Road, Dubai making in a popular destination for people especially if you want the glorious Burj Al Arab to be your backdrop.

A public beach that has lifeguards, thus making it perfect for impromptu family outings with little kids around. They also have clean and well-maintained shower and bathroom facilities which is really a great bonus despite it being a free for all beach. Well, it is Dubai after all.

They also have a jogging track! Perfect for people like me who enjoys jogging, walking, and running by the beach. I believe you could also ride your bicycle around.

I was concerned about changing my wet clothes for dry ones, but at the entrance to the beach you can find toilets, shower with hot water and everything you need. You can grab some food, have a cold drink and enjoy the sun. If you've had enough of the sun, taxis are always available.If you come with your own car it's fine too. Plenty of parking spots available. White sand, warm waters in October and even some small companies offering watersports. Say no more.
