Ya that's exactly what I am talking about, having the cash on the side to do that, because usually when the prices are in the floor, the banks aint lending, so you'd need cash or assets to liquidate and buy up some apartments, Galway would be perfect for me as I live here, but I'd like something in Dublin too, in case any of the kids are ever in college up there or the like, would save a load on rent and have an asset at the end of it too..
