I’ve been trying to keep up with the perpetual spiral that is life, doing my best to make sure it doesn’t spin out of control. There have been a lot of big changes and commitments to overcome lately.

Amen to that!! I know the feeling. Like everything, peaks and troughs... life can get so busy sometimes that it's hard to keep up! Just keep on keeping on as they say..
