The track Sunset is very laid back with wonderful jazzy instrumentals. Her voice is like it is waking up after a long hibernation stretching itself and getting up to speed. My favourite parts are when the music stops and then comes back after a moment of anticipation. Kate is wonderful as ever.

Kate is a special talent, isn't she, understated and wonderful.

Interestingly all of these songs have one thing in common, which in music I always find attractive and that is the use of silence.

I have never thought about silence in a song before, but it is a really good point and something I will watch out for going forward. What you say makes sense, and the silence gives anticipation and lets a song breath.
