Well you've come to know the pattern now, 90% of the time it'll be either an IPA or a Guinness for me unless I'm on holidays and I sample the local beers.
This week we road test Hazy Janes' first cousin twice removed Hazy Jane Guava.
I must admit it's proper tasty.
Of course it helps when it's Bbq season. Any funky beer drank out of a tramp's sock would be tasty accompanying a barbeque.
You just can't beat finishing up work on a Friday, throwing on the barbeque and quenching the thirst with a cold one.
It was just our own little family so not too much food.
We even got the board games out, wellme and my sons did. My wife went for a lay down and a rest instead and I served her dinner in bed.
It was a brilliant evening and just before I went to bed I spotted a remarkable sight and I woke my wife up, which would usually be punishable by death or stern telling off,but not this time, as I'd woken her to feast on this magnificent sight.
That's right the magnificent Northern Lights were visible over Ireland last night! Truly amazing.
Let's raise a glass to that, Sláinte....
Thanks to @detlev for this ongoing and excellent contest for beer lovers around the world. Why not join yourself? Just tell a story about beer with a few photos or drink a beer and tell us about it.
