Hey there, thanks a million for those kind words and for sticking up for me too, really appreciate it and won't forget it 👌

It certainly is and I see that you are closing in on a milestone too, that's where I was around one year ago and have been growing nicely since then.

100% We just have to keep doing what we've been doing and keep on growing

Hello hello, ya things are moving in the right direction, which is great 😊 I hope all is well your side.

That's exactly it man, turning up everyday is just my routine now at this stage and I'm getting to know loads of cool heads from near and far. As we always say man, we're early and plenty of people will

Ha ha, I do and funnily enough Henry was in Dublin with Belgium's soccer team and he was booed by the crowd a few times. It's hard to forget that. The way he sat down beside Dunne to console him really

Ha ha, ya 18 degrees is positively tropic in our climate eh!! I didn't quite graduate to the top off, but the sleeves were rolled up and the cans of cider were had 👍🍻

There are few things better than a good beer festival, and last Saturday I went to a better darn good one. Now that's how you start a beer Saturday post man, sounds class. Festivals are always great craic.

You're a great man for these candid shots. Always enjoy them 👌

Ah yes, the jab would have been the right job, ha ha. Some player though in his day, he made things look easy with his velvet touch and he was not cocky or aloof with it, which I always admired.

Ha ha, I was shocked that someone would stoop as low as Robbing clothes out of there, I was keeping my eye out for any yanks wearing a nice Arsenal jersey, but never caught them! Ya that strike to get

Beer Saturday folks, hope you're all having a good one. There's something about ice cold cider on a sunny day.

Definitely, we've a great balance. There are no prizes for being SuperDad or SuperMum, in fact it's the opposite with a huge contributor to so many ailments and diseases. It's all about balance like everything

It sounds similar to the dynamic in our home, although I also work full time, but work from home and my wife also works, minding three children as well as our own three. It's a busy household, but we both

Here I am 15 days later my friend. Firstly I'm so sorry for missing you out on the showcase, I somehow missed this excellent post. Not only did you share music from three strong independent women, but

Wúnderbar!!!! Thanks as always man.

Rusty is a little fighter and will pull through. Best wishes going your way.

Ha ha, brilliant!!
