It sounds similar to the dynamic in our home, although I also work full time, but work from home and my wife also works, minding three children as well as our own three. It's a busy household, but we both share the chores and cooking and like you guys, whoever cooks, the other one cleans up. Pretty fair system, although all outside chores like weeding, walking the dog, cutting the lawns, weeding, planting, DIY, painting, coaching our sons sports teams etc all lands with me. Sometimes I'd love if we halved those tasks too as it can be pretty tiring, but inside it's pretty much 50/50.
