It's almost four weeks since I've posted in the Foodie Bee Hive and there's no way I'm going to let it get to two months again, so here I am with a post about an easy favourite of mine.
Right then, let's get straight down to it, shall we?
@Ablaze's Bangers and Mash
Ingredients:
Potatoes
1 Large onion
Yorkshire Puddings
Gravy
Large sausages
Salt
Black Pepper
Knob of butter
Ok, let's get to it, get all of your ingredients out beside you and roll up your sleeves
STEP 1: The first step is prepare your Potatoes. Skin them, chop them and put them on the boil.
STEP 2: Now, put your sausages under the grill or in the pan, I had a few left over from yesterday so I was able to skip this step.
STEP 3: Chop up your onion and fry it off.
STEP 4: As I said, I had my sausages made already, so I cut them in half and heated them up with the onions.
STEP 5: Heat up your oven now to 200 degrees celsius and pop in your Yorkshire puddings for five minutes.
STEP 6: Your potatoes should now be cooked after 20 minutes or so, strain them, then add a knob of butter and a good shake of salt and pepper.
STEP 7: Time to start plating up now. The onion and sausages should also be ready to go.
STEP 8: Don't forget a bit of gravy, which makes any bangers and mash that bit tastier.
STEP 9: Why not treat yourself to a glass of red wine too
Bon appetite!!
You're done! Time to tuck in and enjoy the fruit of your labours!
These photos are all my own
Thanks as always for stopping by everyone.
Peace Out
