This is a scenery in one of Cebu's Northern Beaches - Daanbantayan, during low tide and sunrise.
A few villagers would flock the shore to hunt for seafood. They would bring buckets to store fish and shells.
Children would come and play while playing with the sand and sea grass.
It's a very calming and peaceful experience. If you happen to visit Cebu, stay in one of the beaches overnight and catch the sunrise. :)
