That looks great. I really like garlic. I eat a ton of the stuff. I can't grow it though because I cannot keep my garden over winter when it grows best here.

We also cure garlic much the same way. We can preserve it even longer by just putting the cloves into soy sauce and vinegar. Pickled garlic can last years, but tastes very different.
