Depending on the specific stage of life a person is in, they set various goals for themselves and actively work towards achieving them. As an individual matures—gaining a sense of self-awareness and beginning to grasp the true nature of existence and how one ought to navigate it—their goals begin to evolve. Alongside these goals, a person harbors various desires in life that they aspire to fulfill. While goals and desires are distinct entities, many people intertwine their desires with their goals; consequently, upon achieving a specific goal, those associated desires are fulfilled automatically. In our lives, a "goal"—or indeed anything we deem significant—can be anything that appeals to us. If we feel that a particular pursuit will bring about a positive transformation or immense joy in our lives, we add it to our "bucket list." This bucket list comprises a wide array of items; for instance, while some might list traveling to an exotic destination, others might aspire to purchase a luxury car and embark on a road trip with their family. In this manner, every individual possesses a unique set of desires that they are eager to realize. Much like everyone else, I, too, have certain aspirations in my life that I have added to my personal bucket list.

Foremost among these desires is the maintenance of balanced health. In my view, our health constitutes the greatest wealth we possess in life. Regardless of how much money you may earn through your work, if your health is poor—and if you are prone to recurring ailments—then your material wealth is of no practical value; for restoring and continuously working on your health should be your primary objective. When it comes to prioritizing, health should invariably occupy the top spot; for it is only when one possesses good health that all other aspects of life truly matter. The very first step you should take for your health is to establish a healthy routine—one in which you actively attend to all the essential elements that are vital for your well-being. You must strictly avoid anything that is detrimental to your health; while some people may dismiss minor indulgences by thinking, "What harm could a little bit do?", it is precisely these small, cumulative actions that eventually lead to a major health crisis. One should never be negligent regarding their health, for it is only when your health is sound that you can truly live your life to the fullest; otherwise, you will find it difficult to endure even a single moment.
The second item on my bucket list is my passion for learning new things. I believe that everyone should constantly acquire new skills and knowledge, as this broadens one's understanding of the world around us. If you possess a strong aptitude for learning, you can master a wide variety of subjects; by acquiring these new skills and gathering information, you open yourself up to a wealth of new discoveries. Furthermore, actively learning about new things can help you avoid significant difficulties in your career; if you maintain a strong learning ability, you can adapt to and master anything new—a capability that can often pave the way for a better career path. It is something we should all strive to do: continuously seek out knowledge about new things.
The third point is that one should spend time with family and friends, for—after health—family is our second greatest wealth. If you have the support of your family and friends, you can navigate through even the most difficult of circumstances. You must make it a point to spend time with your family members and relatives, offer them assistance, and be of service to them whenever possible; for it is only when you stand by them today that they will be able to stand by you tomorrow. This is a principle that one should always uphold in life, as it is of fundamental importance.
Now, while one's desires are typically boundless, there are certain things that are absolutely essential—and in my life, these three things are precisely that.
