I've noticed that people are increasingly receiving information about health, such as "This thing should be avoided at all" or "This thing should be eaten for good health," etc. The first thing is that many people are well-informed about what they should and should not eat, as every person possesses a deep understanding of what is good for their health and what is bad. Despite this knowledge, many people still consume what is not. People don't pay much attention to what is good, but despite knowing what is bad, many people overindulge in it because they are addicted to it. You may have heard that sugar is bad for us and should be consumed in moderation. Most people are aware of this, but they still consume so much sugar that over time, they develop various diseases. All of this is due to dopamine. Dopamine is a chemical our brain releases, causing us to experience happiness and satisfaction. This experience lasts only a short time, and then we become addicted to it again. If you use sugar in moderation, there's nothing wrong with it. However, if you're using it beyond the time limit and using it daily, it's a matter of great concern. These substances don't show immediate effects, but after a while, you'll notice so many changes in your body that it's extremely difficult to manage. For those who become very addicted to this thing, it becomes more difficult for them to come out of it because their body demands that thing again and again and if it is not available then the person can even lose his control.

There are many people who want to get rid of this addiction and they think that they will definitely remove it from their life and for this they even make plans but they execute their plans only for a few days and after that they fall back into their habit. This happens because when they follow the right path for a few days, they do not see instant results and the mind of such people becomes addicted to instant results due to which they do not enjoy doing the right thing.
Yes, I agree that it is a little difficult to stay away from these things completely and one should not stay away from them because sometimes we get time to enjoy and we should consume these things at that time but if a person starts making them a daily habit then the problem starts there. If you are eating spicy junk food from outside everyday then it will harm your health very soon. If you consume these things occasionally then it is absolutely normal because it changes your taste a little and you get to see variety, eating the same food everyday also becomes very boring, hence change is necessary but it should happen sometimes.
Some people become so addicted to the taste of food that they want to eat outside food everyday because they get bored of home food and they don't like it. After some time, these people become victims of health related problems and this does not come out so easily, it takes a lot of time and when it comes out then it seems that it is too late. We do so many things to improve our life but if we bring about this small change in our habits then our life can become even better. It is not right to completely remove things from our life, just limiting their consumption is the right thing.
